The plaster substrate must be dry and free of frost, dust and loose share of neat, rough must be fullfield before applying the plaster During the
processing, the existing national standards, the technical advices and the "processing guidelines observed from producer must be taken in
consideration. Highly absorbent substrate surfaces must be treated before with GRANITI NGJYRË Baze , and flat surfaces like concrete must be
treated before with GRANITI Beton CONTACT.
Storage
Bags with materials must be stored in areas with low humidity, and on
wood pallets. It is recomended to be stored within 6 month. Damaged bags must be repaired and used in the begining
Processing time
from beginning of application, depending from the surface, will be approx. 120 min
Processing: With a conventional machine plaster like G4 zp From PFT, spraying, precisely, felting and Smooth. Only clean water, do not mix with
other materials. When the plaster is applyed on surface in wich, after that will be applyed tile adhesive there is no need to smoth it. Minimum
thickness 10mm devices, and clean tools with water immediately after gerbrauch. not below +5 C wall and air temperature verarbiten.
Layer thickness: Normal thickness of layer must be 10mm , minimum thickness: 8mm. If a second layer is needed, the first layer must
be rough, and only when the second layer is compleatly dryed can be applyed the second layer. Usage: about 8 kg of dry mortar/m2/10mm.
